One Epping Forest (LSP)

Working with the LSP brings several key advantages to partner organisations Ensures that working through the LSP brings 'added value' to the work of partners and helps achieve things that partners could not achieve working alone.

Brings together local plans, partnerships and initiatives to provide a forum through which the public, private, voluntary and community sectors can work effectively together to meet local needs and priorities.

Promotes the engagement of all Epping Forest's people and communities in decisions about the future of the District.

Working with partners to ensure that their organisations adopt the Partnership's aims and objectives and endeavour to implement them within and through their own organisations.

Epping Forest Safer Communities Partnership

Epping Forest Safer Communities Partnership is a collaboration of organisations, representatives and group working together to make Epping Forest District a safe and pleasant place to live.

The partnership is responsible for reducing crime, anti-social behaviour, substance misuse and concerns about these issues in Epping Forest.

Our partners include VAEF, Essex Police, Essex Fire & Rescue Service, West Essex

Primary Care Trust, Essex Probation Service, Help the Aged, Essex Police Authority and Victim Support.

Our key priorities are:

Epping Forest benefits from a very strong partnership and a genuine commitment from local organisations to keep streets and neighbourhoods safe, to make sure victims feel cared for, to keep our young people safe and out of trouble and to appropriately punish and rehabilitate offenders.
