Voluntary Action Epping Forest is celebrating the work of volunteers. This year it will be an exciting Mardi Gras Afternoon. As always, it is an opportunity for voluntary groups to acknowledge the valuable contribution made by the volunteers who help them.

Wednesday 9th June 2010
Time 2.30pm—5.30pm
At Theydon Bois Village Hall, Coppice Row,
Theydon Bois, Epping CM16 7ER
Contact Christine or Sally, Tel 01992 564256
Please RSVP by 9th May

We would be delighted if you could attend. This year promises to be an enjoyable occasion, with music from Jose Zalba and the Tradicional Cuban Trio, contributions from our Learning Disabilities Drama/Music Group, and of course, the presentation of awards themselves to recognise our exceptional volunteers.
You will have plenty of time for networking over a light lunch of snacks and cakes, tea and juice.

Other organisations including The local Neighbourhood watch group, West Essex PCT, Voluntary Action Epping Forest and Essex County Council’s Careline service will hold stalls providing  information and advice on keeping safe and community well being.

Tea and cake will also be provided.
