About the project

One in four people will experience mental health issues during their lifetime. The aim of this project is to support individuals referred by statutory agencies to access volunteering opportunities that are tailored to meet the person's needs and support their pathway to work. Volunteering is an excellent way to build confidence, self esteem and give something back to the community.
